Obelisk has the weakest potential. Seeing as he requires a minimum of 5 monsters to get his infinite attack for one turn, I don’t see how he is better than Slifer, which can destroy almost any monster summoned, which is what real gaming is about, destroying monsters as quick as possible.
Is exodia still the strongest card?
If you are referring to it as the set of 5 cards, well by definition it cannot be the strongest God card because it is more than one card. In either case, it is easily argued that Exodia is not a god card. Exodia isn’t that strong of a deck right now (with Pot of Greed and many loops being forbidden right now).

Unfortunately, the Egyptian God Cards have never been allowed in Yu-Gi-Oh! tournaments. But, if you duel with your friends, you can use any cards you want, even the Egyptian God Cards, and completely ignore the Forbidden/Limited Card lists.
